James Panton
James graduated from the University of Otago School of Physiotherapy in 2005 and went straight to work in a private practice clinic in Dunedin. After years of competing in Athletics at a national and international level, James continued his involvement in Athletics by working as the team Physiotherapist for the Otago and Wellington teams competing at the National Athletics Championships. In 2007, James was selected as the team Physiotherapist for the New Zealand Youth Athletics team competing at the World Youth Games in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
Prior to working as a Physiotherapist, James worked as a Personal Trainer and has a continued interest in exercise and using exercises to help in the rehabilitation process. Most nights you can find James at Crossfit Central Wellington, coaching the members and trying to push himself in each class. During the winter months James has an interest in football and plays in the Capital 4 grade and also doubles as the team Physiotherapist.
James looks forward to helping you achieve your rehabilitation goals and improving your performance.
